Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Visitors receive 150 words per month without an account. Creating a free account raises that to 500 words per month. Free requests accept up to 80 words, and Standard mode requires at least 300 characters.
What is the 3-Day Project Pass?
A one-time £4.99 payment that unlocks every mode for 72 hours with a 50,000-word allowance. It does not renew automatically. You can buy another once the allowance is used up or the pass expires. Each new pass includes a fresh allowance and adds 72 hours to any remaining access time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and then reverts to the free tier. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes — toggle to Yearly on the pricing section to save up to 50%. For example, the Pro plan drops from £12.99/month to £6.99/month billed annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available depending on your browser.
Do word limits reset monthly?
Yes. Monthly word allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused words do not carry over.
What counts as a word?
Words in the text you submit for humanization. The word count is based on your input, not the output.
How do I change my recurring plan?
Cancel the current subscription from Dashboard → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; you can then choose a different plan. Contact support if you need help.
