1. Free Plan

Our free plan lets you try the Service before paying. We encourage you to use it to confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used your monthly word allowance. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date from your billing dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any cooling-off or cancellation rights in your jurisdiction.
